the room is quiet and impressive with lovely bed. the location is marvellous and lovely, a 10-15 minute walk from bay of fires. need to remember that it's very close to downtown.

Clean place accompanied by helpful and easygoing staff. Great bar on-site, big size and huge room with heating as well as water views. Honestly no complaints whatsoever.

The family room was newly renovated, included an electric kettle, air conditioning, and an iron. I really enjoyed a lovely view of sea:)))

The hotel was quiet, I really enjoyed its super friendly staff. The rooms were well-appointed and newly remodelled, had smoke detectors for safety. The atmosphere created was family! The property was in a very central setting to everything in St Helens. Moreover, it was just a pleasant stroll away from Suncoast Gallery. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectations.

Everything was great during 1 day, greatly enjoyed its marvellous location just off trucks driving through town and 2 IGA stores and other amenities. The services were excellent, offered us good free Wi-Fi. Took the advantage of the parking nearby.

The hotel was in the very central setting unable to eat at the restaurant. Moreover, it was near an alley with an old slum for a view, a Bay of Fires Eco tour which was a great way to see the coast line & sloop rock and a pub where patrons of the above rooms would regularly smoke at the back entrance.

This hotel is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful coastline. The location is wonderful, with plenty of shops nearby, and the water is just a stone's throw away. The bathroom is tidy and the room is clean and cozy. The friendly staff are always on hand to assist you with whatever you need, and breakfast is an absolute treat with delicious offerings to choose from. The hotel also has excellent facilities, with a wonderful selection of pillows and mattresses that guarantee a good night's sleep.

The only slight downside is that it can be tiring to go up the stairs to access the rooms if you have heavy luggage.

All facilities were of a good standard. The meal prices especially the breakfast menu was excellent.

Balcony was a bit small. Couldnt fit a chair on it to take in the view.

This is a hotel go-to for St. Helens! It's a comfy venue for short stay in St. Helens. Helpful and extremely helpful staff provides an excellent service. Its location is amazing, near to banks, a pub where patrons of the above rooms would regularly smoke at the back entrance and surrounding area. The bar is excellent.

The hotel is very old and not what the photo's show. The Photos must be of the best room in the hotel as they as no where close to the state of our room. The room we booked was a pool site room this was true but the pool is not what you would think by the pictures. The room that i had has not been updated since the 1970's and is in bad need of renovating. Our room was located in a side lane way. I would not stay here again all recommend this accommodation to anyone. I have used this site for a lot of accommodation bookings and this is the first bad one i have had.

Surprisingly large room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub. Heated pool, parking nearby.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is easy going. The rooms offered are good-sized and huge with a comfortable bed, the bedroom, as for instance. Thank you for an excellent stay.

The swimming pool behind the rooms was a great amenity to have during my stay at Bayside Inn. The water was clean and the area was well-maintained.

Room is very dirty. There's a small cockroach in the bathroom.. will not go back to this hotel ever.. :(
